It was such a pleasure to get to know my bride Kelly Zamora (Loney when we first met)! She was so sweet, and such a fun person to talk to and photograph. I knew from the beginning that she was going to be as beautiful of a bride as they come and she sure was. Her now husband Joseph is an old friend of mine, and such a pleasant person to be around. From the beginning they told me they were having a traditional Roman Catholic wedding at the seriously beautiful St. Jude’s Catholic Church in McAllen, TX. The church itself has an old feel to it but with a somewhat modern twist.
Exiting St. Jude’s Catholic Church
Immediately following the ceremony the newly married couple walked out of the church to a beautiful exit of bubbles! Those were honestly some of the funnest photos I’ve taken and I just love the way they came out! Don’t forget to scroll down till you see them! I can’t thank the couple enough, and the staff at St. Jude’s Catholic Church for preparing such a beautiful ceremony!
Making a quick stop
After the ceremony, Kelly & Joseph really wanted to go to a place that was special to them both. A place where they had spent many hours together as a couple, and would now be spending a lot of time together at as husband and wife. That place was Moonbeans coffee in Pharr, TX! We took the bridal party photos and then headed out to the reception.
Arriving at the reception
After the quick stop at Moonbeans, we all jumped in our vehicles and drove to south McAllen to the event center for the reception. All in all I was extremely happy to photograph their big day, and look forward to working with them in the years to come.
Check out the photos from their ceremony, and reception below and if you’re engaged and looking for a wedding photographer feel free to send me a message!
